As a UI Developer you will be in a team with the Product Owner, Designer, Tester, Solution
Architect and have daily interactions with Front-End Developers, UI/UX
designers, etc. The team’s goal is to deliver a meaningful increment throughout a sprint
and improve customer experience. It is also responsible for creating a strategy for the
product and its roadmap, alongside stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and deliver high-quality increments alongside teammates for a product;
- Analyze and break features down into tasks to manage their priorities and deadlines;
- Design a system to match the existing architecture and improve it to accommodate
- changing demands and requirements;
- Build design components to support multiple projects;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and integrations points;
- Maintain existing software, improve quality and keep up with technological
- advancements;
- Participate in code reviews;
- Present technical ideas and solutions to a group of peers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI Development;
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Atomic;
- Experience in Angular
- Proficient understanding of Git;
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills;
- Strong object oriented programming and application design skills;
- Experience with Webpack

Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment Management:
- Supervise and monitor the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with merchants to ensure proper inventory levels, accurate product listings, and adherence to fulfillment SLAs.
Logistics Coordination:
- Work closely with the logistics team to optimize shipping methods, track shipments, and manage delivery timelines.
- Resolve shipping-related issues such as delays, damages, and missing items in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyzes of process and efficiency improvements
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
3P Seller Relationships:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with external 3p sellers, providing support, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with sellers, addressing performance gaps and aligning on improvement strategies.
Issue Resolution:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address systemic issues and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
- Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the order execution cycle and propose and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.
- Continuously refine processes to streamline operations and ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Customer Service, and delivery team ensure alignment and efficient communication throughout the order lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Customer experience department or related department.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
